When Asimira presented at the Prague Shibari festival, her workshops were one of the best ones. We are happy to announce she is coming to Prague again, this time to present two workshop in one weekend.

For my Viewing Pleasure

Seeing and being seen is an important part of rope bondage. In this workshop we will look at how we present ourselves to each other, and how creating something beautiful out of someone, for your pleasure, can be a very emotionally powerful thing.
For Asimira aesthetics have been an important part of her rope practice from the very beginning. Asimira worked as a professional nude model when she started tying. Creating something beautiful and feeling like a beautiful object is something she enjoys playing with. However, in this workshop we will not only look at what we find aesthetically pleasing, we will also think about the way we want to be perceived by each other in ropes. Let’s explore the power of being seen.
Prerequisites: This workshop is often described as a vulnerable experience. It is recommended to attend this workshop with someone that you are comfortable feeling vulnerable in front of. We will talk about the things we find beautiful about our/each other’s physical appearance, which can be a difficult or triggering experience. On a technical level this workshop can be adapted to different skill levels. However, you need to at the very least be confident enough in your tying (whether this is on the floor or in partial suspension), that you have headspace left to focus on different things than your rope technique. Exercises will contain partial suspensions but will be able to be adapted to floor play. You need to be able to tie at least one type of upper body harnesssafe for suspension (for example Takate Kote) and know how to attach an upline to a bamboo. This workshop aligns well with people who have finished workshop #2.
Pressure Pleasure

Pressure is an unavoidable part of practicing rope, whether we’re talking about compressing the body to itself, the pressure of the ropes to the body or the pressure of one body onto another. Often when we talk about pressure it is in relation to pain (think pressure points), but pressure can also be a very pleasurable sensation. In this workshop we will look at ways to apply pressure in a rope scene in pleasurable ways. This workshop will partially have the format of a guided session.
Prerequisites: This workshop is accessible to everyone that is able to tie a single column tie. This workshop aligns well with people who have finished workshop #1.
About Asimira & Saya
When Asimira encountered rope bondage through her art school graduation project in 2015 she fell head over heels in love and dove headfirst into the international rope scene. Ropes provided a space for her to incorporate corporeality in a playful way. Her fascination for ropes and what they can do to her own body and the bodies of others in her hands led her to start a new
education in physiotherapy. As a teacher her focus is on anatomy, and on ways to be playful and intimate as soon and as often as possible when tying.
Saya’s first adventures into ropes started in Copenhagen in 2017, which quickly opened the door to the wider European rope scene. What began as curiosity developed into a lasting passion. After relocating to Berlin in 2020, she continued her journey both as a workshop model and as a humble beginner on the other side of the rope. As a rope bottom, Saya thrives in
push-and-pull dynamics, where subtle shifts and non-verbal cues become an entire conversation.
Asimira and Saya met in 2019, and started a slowly deepening friendship, that grew closer when they both moved to Berlin. Their energy together is playful and dreamy. When they tie together they tend to challenge and support each other from the opposite ends of the rope.
